Postsecondary Schools accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET) are required to maintain Personnel Reports (Doccument 6) for each person employed at each campus.

ACCET was founded in 1974 for the purpose of improving continuing education and training and has been officially recognized by the U.S. Department of Education since 1978 as a "reliable authority" as to the quality of education and training provided by the institutions we accredit.

Document 6 Personnel ReportsWhen required by ACCET, these forms must be prepared for each employee, which can be a tedious and time consuming project.

This on-line application allows a school to maintain a database of current employee information, and export this data in a PDF format identical to the Document 6 form provided by ACCET.

In addition, the Team Training feature allows a school to identify in-service training that automatically updates all Personnel Reports of those employees in attendance. This feature also allows for documentation of all training given at the school.

  • Keep current personnel records for all employees at each campus in compliance with ACCET
  • Print current Personnel Reports individually or in a batch
  • Document Team Training and attendance
  • Control access to editing records at each campus. Two levels of access:
    • Administrative Users (complete access to all menus and screens - able to enter data for all employees)
    • General Users (only have access to view/edit their own information)
  • Unlimited number of campuses and users - at no extra cost
  • Automatic updates as documents change - at no cost
